Luke and Emily began farming three years ago in northern Idaho. Their farm started as a large vegetable garden and now has hops and berries covering three acres. Lone Mountain practices sustainable, organic growing methods such as planting cover crops to replenish nutrients in the soil and using drip irrigation to conserve water.
