All of the farms in the LINC cooperative are located within 250 miles - or about 3 hours - of Spokane, WA. Our farmers use environmentally sustainable and socially just growing practices, using no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. They are required to follow a standardized food safety protocol which ensures top quality and safety in all our products.
During the winter months when local availability is slim, we prioritize storage crops from farms in our region and work with our partners at the Northwest Food Hub Network who require compatible sustainability and safety requirements.
