Producer

We milk 4 beautiful Holstein cows on our small dairy. Jessica has been making cheese for over 10 years, but in 2024 decided it was time to get certified since we saw a need for artisanal cheeses in our community. We make 3 types of cheeses: Gouda, Butterkase, and Cheddar. All of our cheeses are made in small batches by hand. Our cheese is also made with raw milk but aged at least 60 days.
