Creative Koji is an artisanal, small batch miso maker. Our misos are all soy and gluten free and are made with organically sourced legumes, mushrooms, seeds and root vegetables. All of our misos are fermented 10 months and are mixed by hand in our commercial kitchen in Winthrop, WA.
